Ikea Digital Social Media Strategy

IKEA France Marketing, Communication HR and Customer Relationships directions have requested Eureka Time to carry out a strategic digitalisation project supported by the French Head Office. We intervened as digital and social media consultants experts for IKEA France after competing against Publicis, one of the account's agencies.

The project consisted on defining and implementing IKEA digital social media strategy and department.

INA: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT, SOCIAL MEDIA

The digital agency Eureka Time guided the INA National Audio-Visual Institute through its digital transformation process. The goals of our project consisted of advising the institution throughout its digital transformation and cultural transformation, so that the digital became a central part of the cultural institution’s content and communication strategy.

Orange Technological Development

ORANGE – TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT

Eureka Time, a digital agency situated in Paris and Barcelona, is a partner for large groups like Orange for projects involving innovation and technological development.
The agency specialises in digital innovation and the guides businesses through the digital transformation process.
We intervened on behalf of the Orange group and were sponsored by the Orange R&D centre.

RENAULT: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & DIGITAL CAMPAIGN

The famous diamond-shaped brand called on us via the Digitas agency, part of the Publicis group, when integrating Social Media strategy into the group's global strategy.

The Eureka Time agency team provided Social Media strategy expertise and guided the launch of the Renault brand on Social Media in France and internationally.

Our mission consisted of guiding the digital teams and establishing a social media vision inside the Renault group, from HQto affiliates.

Bibliothèque Nationale de France: social network strategy & community management

BnF Partnerships is the subsidiary of the National Library of France that is dedicated to digital innovation. They were tasked with creating digital cultural content of the BnF’s collection. BnF Partnerships employed our services to define a social network strategy for its digital collections, to drive engagement in its online communities and to launch its media site.

In order to support the commercialisation of its digital content - composed of E-books, audio collections and digital content about French cultural heritage - we conducted a consultation and implemented a brand strategy and a digital influence campaign.

L’OREAL: INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL PRESENCE AND CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

The L’Oréal group and its corporate offices engaged Eureka Time Agency’s services due to our digital expertise. They trusted us to accompany the group through the process of establishing an international digital presence for their corporate communication needs.
With the emergence of social media, the L’Oréal group required insight into which social media strategy to adopt, as at the time they were not present on social media networks. The aim of the project was to establish an international digital presence for the group focused on corporate communication.

Manger Bouger Digital influencer campaign

We supported the INPES (Health Prevention and Education National Institute) and the agency that was in charge of promoting a major French nutrition and health program called Manger Bouger. Our job consisted in a digital campaign, an influencer activation consultancy and production services.

We developed a relational strategy and a community that allowed the brand to evolve in its discourse and to create its own corporate storytelling. We built an editorial strategy that enabled the brand to communicate its key messages to the whole French population through their collaborative networks (website, social media networks, etc).

Aubade Buzz & Digital Campaign

Eureka Time agency has designed the creative concept and the influential digital campaign that was done with Aubade's website launch. The famous underwear brand wanted to carry out innovative and viral social media campaign so that an important buzz would happen when the website was launched.

We conceived the creative digital campaign thanks to story-telling on social media that ended up in a happening event in rue Montorgueil, Paris. Our project consisted in defining the creative concept, taking charge of the community management and organizing the influential social media campaign destined to journalists and bloggers.

Le Point: social media audit & social media network strategy

We helped the media brand Le Point with its digital transformation project for one of its sites. Our consulting project started with a social media audit. The aim of this study was to understand the state of their current media ecosystem.

Via our audit, we did a thorough study of the international media landscape and of Le Point’s digital strategies. We examined the best practices of French and international media outlets in terms of digital content, promotion and community engagement.

Red On Line: international management of a B2B community

Red-on-line is the reference player in global legal monitoring & compliance solutions in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). Red-on-Line belongs to Infopro Digital Group which is the leader media for B2B professionals.

We support Red-on-Line by providing advice on their digital strategy including both audience acquisition and prospective actions. We build and drive their online presence on a day-to-day basis, through multi-language content generation, social media and prospect and client communities management.

The digital communication agency Eureka Time worked alongside the famous brand Guide. We advised them on the best digital community strategy to implement.

The Hitchhiker’s Guide is a strong and iconic brand, albeit an ageing one. The famous Guide brand embraced the arrival of the digital by developing a discussion forum on its website with a strong community brand dimension.
